Chili
1 lb chopped meat
1 diced onion
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of diced tomato with the juices
2 cloves of garlic diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 jalapeño diced (for heat)
Direction: In a large pot stir fry the onion for a few minutes, add the garlic, and the meat. Stir together for about 10 minutes and mix all the other ingredients together and let everything simmer together covered on a medium heat till it gets thick.
